Refund policy

At Jovan Rhei, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1.Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2.Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided by our support team.

3.No Restocking Fees

Jovan Rhei does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

4.Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

These items will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

5.Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

6.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

7.Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

8.Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Please allow additional processing time from your bank or payment provider
  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

If you still have not received your refund after several business days, please contact us.
